'Braeside' Flowery Gully
Located approx. 40 minutes from Launceston, in the Flowery Gully area of the West Tamar, 'Braeside' comprises approx. 70ha (173ac) of Blue Gum coppice that was harvested 3 years ago. This area was excellent grazing land before it was planted, and could be managed for coppice or converted back to pasture.
Approx. 42ha of valuable mature Blue Gum is ready for harvest & there is approx. 48ha of
