The Nirvana Park Aggregation is around 25 minutes from Finley, in the tightly held "Logie Brae" district of the New South Wales Riverina region, and offers water and productivity. The aggregation has a total approximate area of 675 hectares or 1,668* acres and is made up of the three properties of "Nirvana Park" of 668* acres, "Sandside" of around 500* acres and "Cidrella" of around the same area of 500* acres.
Approval and a license is in place for 526* hectares or 1,300* acres to grow rice, and is supported by a generous water entitlement of 1,142* megalitres (1675ML* Water delivery) (Buyer has first option to purchase water).
The irrigation side of the operation enjoys the new 30ML* inlet delivery system. There are four pumps, four sumps, and one turkey nest.
Accommodation is provided in three homes, with a school bus stop at the front gate. One of the two wool sheds on the aggregation is equipped, whilst other structural improvements include machinery sheds, 400* tonnes of grain storage, steel sheep yards, and cattle yards with a large undercover area, all with B-Double access. The Nirvana Park Aggregation is being offered as a whole, and if not sold prior, then the three properties will be presented individually at auction.
The Nirvana Park Aggregation has the capacity and water to grow irrigated cash crops all year round.
